IDENTIFICATION: Distributed by Altronic Distributors Pty Ltd. The recall applies to product sold at Altronics retail stores (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide) and any authorised resellers, between June 2018 and December 2019.
HAZARD: Risk of electric shock! Hot Air Gun may deliver a minor shock immediately after switching off and removing the power cord from the mains power, if the user were to accidently touch the power cord's plug pins.
ACTION: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Altronics or return it to the place of purchase to arrange for a repair to be performed, free of charge.
